Cancellation Within 14 Days

You have the right to cancel your service plan within 14 days of your purchase. If you decide to cancel during this period, you will receive a full refund of any payments made—no questions asked. This cooling-off period allows you to review your plan and ensure it meets your needs.

Cancellation After 14 Days and Within 28 Days

If you wish to cancel your plan after the initial 14-day period but before 28 days from the date of purchase, you may be eligible for a partial refund. This refund is granted at Uknova’s discretion and will take into account any services or repairs that have already been provided under your plan.

No Cancellations or Refunds After 28 Days

Please note that cancellations and refunds cannot be processed after 28 days from the purchase date. We encourage you to carefully review your plan details and contact us promptly should you have any concerns or require assistance.

Once we receive your cancellation request, our team will review your case promptly. If eligible, your refund will be processed as soon as possible. You will receive confirmation once your cancellation and refund are complete.

Refund Processing

All refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For security reasons, we do not issue refunds to alternative accounts or payment methods.

Plan Exclusions and Coverage Limits

To ensure fairness and maintain service quality, certain circumstances are excluded from coverage under our plans:

  • Pre-existing Faults: Any damage or faults that existed before your plan’s start date are not covered.
  • Misuse or Neglect: Damage caused by improper use, neglect, accidents, or unauthorised repairs will not be covered.
  • Non-standard Repairs: Repairs beyond the normal function or servicing of appliances, including modifications or alterations.
  • Illegal or Fraudulent Use: Any attempt to use our services fraudulently or illegally will lead to immediate cancellation of your plan without refund.
  • Manufacturer’s Guidelines: Appliances not used or maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions are excluded from coverage.

If any of these exclusions apply, your plan may be voided immediately, and you will no longer be eligible for repairs or refunds under the plan.
